Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an ambassador for the talent acquisition function, translating bottom-line data into executive-level insight
  • •Lead 6 managers and their teams across recruitment, sourcing, Employer Brand and Operations, utilizing a supportive, coaching-oriented management style
  • •Review and enhance the recruitment life cycle, using process improvement, resource planning and automation
  • •Advocate for excellent candidate experience, ensuring a fair and inclusive process
  • •Collaborate with the Executive team, Talent & Development, People Operations, and Legal to align hiring with business goals
  • •Contribute to the company's stable growth trajectory and support strategic expansion across multiple regions
  • •Own the delivery of measurable strategic impact across TA outcomes, including time to hire, quality and productivity of hire, and adoption of AI tools
