Key Responsibilities
- Welcome late arrivals and check them in
- Answer guest questions and solve unexpected issues
- Process day's administration and revenue (night audit)
- Prepare reports for morning team
- Walk safety rounds in and around the building
- Keep bar, lobby and public areas clean
- Set up breakfast for early guests
- Hand over to morning team at 07:00
