Key Responsibilities
- Translating technical documentation into clear and accurate work instructions
- Inspecting returned products and reviewing TDP documentation
- Preparing complete work packages in the ERP system to enable smooth production processing
- Setting up and maintaining repair and refurbishment flows in the ERP system
- Defining optimal repair, reuse, and refurbishment methods
- Handling RFQs and cost estimations for repair and reuse projects
- Supporting production teams with technical troubleshooting
- Improving processes, work methods, and sustainability performance
- Contributing to projects that strengthen our circular packaging model
