•Inspecting returned products and reviewing TDP documentation
•Preparing complete work packages in the ERP system to enable smooth production processing
•Setting up and maintaining repair and refurbishment flows in the ERP system
•Defining optimal repair, reuse, and refurbishment methods
•Handling RFQs and cost estimations for repair and reuse projects
•Supporting production teams with technical troubleshooting
•Improving processes, work methods, and sustainability performance
•Contributing to projects that strengthen our circular packaging model
