- Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research as an equal partner.
- Use qualitative research, behavioural data and experimentation to make decisions – not opinions.
- Define success, measure impact and continuously improve your solutions.
- Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful design critique, collaboration and craft.
- Contribute to our design principles, design system and the way we build the product.
