•Define, develop, and monitor key metrics to measure operational performance and business outcomes.
•Ensure business questions are addressed via ad-hoc deep-dives, recurring analysis, dashboards, or self-serving tools.
•Empower stakeholders to independently leverage data via dashboards and self-serving tools.
•Develop dashboards and reports that support operational business processes.
•Support commercial teams' OKR planning and measurement.
•Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing analytical processes and methodologies.
