Key Responsibilities

  • •Outbound Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new private landlords through cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • •End-to-End Onboarding: Educate landlords on product features and support them until they score their first booking.
  • •Expectation & Objection Management: Handle complex landlord objections while maintaining a professional partnership.
  • •Success & Revenue Optimization: Train landlords to use the product to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • •Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords.
  • •Data-Driven City Strategy: Monitor portfolio performance, analyze data, and take action to improve metrics.
  • •Product Advocacy & Problem Solving: Identify product issues and share actionable feedback.
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Success teams.
  • •Innovation: Identify and support opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
