Key Responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end lifecycle as one connected system: behavioural welcome, replenishment, win-back, referral, loyalty tiers, reseller programme.
- Architect HelloPrint Pro loyalty proposition: tiers, rewards, perks, and underlying economics.
- Operate the Lifecycle Agent: brief it, let it generate journeys, audit output, ship what works.
- Own metrics: first-to-second order rate, repeat rate, LTV, CAC payback, loyalty enrolment, share of wallet.
- Run continuous experiments through GrowthBook and Klaviyo on every customer touchpoint.
- Pull, model, and read data independently.
- Brief the Insights Agent, Content Agent, and Testing Agent and integrate their output.
- Decide what to stop doing; say no to legacy campaigns.
- Tell the company a clear story about retention every week.
