Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Procurement Operations team, responsible for purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction.
•Own the end-to-end procurement operations process, ensuring ingredients and packaging are delivered On Time, In Full, and In Quality (OTIFQ) to support uninterrupted production.
•Drive inventory governance, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency while minimising waste and stock risk.
•Champion the zero-waste strategy through continuous optimisation of purchasing parameters, inventory controls, and forecasting inputs.
•Partner closely with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Culinary, and Production to optimize purchasing strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
•Monitor procurement KPIs, purchasing data, and system accuracy, using insights to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and drive operational improvements.
•Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardise procurement and inventory processes through data, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Develop reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of procurement performance, inventory health, supplier performance, and key operational KPIs.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across Procurement Operations.
