- Define our customer 'jobs to be done'
- Develop an extremely detailed understanding of the Factor Europe customer
- Develop, iterate, and validate key hypotheses about customer needs
- Build and deliver our product roadmap
- Lead each initiative through the full product lifecycle
- Partner with our Digital Product team
- Optimize customer retention and engagement
- Work with our Digital Product team to prioritise experiments
- Share learnings widely across other brands and geographies
