Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new suppliers and private label products ensuring compliance to food safety, legal and quality standards.
- Perform on-site supplier visits and audits to manage approval and drive strategic quality improvements.
- Develop best practice ways of working with suppliers and internally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Investigate quality and food safety issues with suppliers, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Own category area KPIs related to out-of-spec deliveries, customer complaints, and compliance metrics.
