Key Responsibilities
- Developing new recipes considering customer preferences, variety, nutritional values, ease of cooking, and seasonality.
- Testing recipes in the kitchen and ensuring completeness before adding to the recipe pool.
- Making adjustments to existing recipes based on weekly customer feedback.
- Checking all recipes that go into the box for correct ingredient list, accurate text, and simplicity.
- Creating recipe variants on a weekly basis by swapping elements.
- Participating in on-call weekend shifts approximately once per quarter.
- Supporting various Culinary projects, including deep dives into recipe performance and aligning global recipes.
