Key Responsibilities

•Lead integration and delivery of Facilities & Maintenance projects across international network including site expansions, automation initiatives, equipment upgrades, and new facility launches.
•Own international F&M improvement roadmap, driving engineering standards, maintenance strategies, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
•Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute long-term F&M strategy while delivering complex CapEx projects and strategic engineering initiatives.
•Act as subject matter expert for F&M-related projects, providing technical leadership, governance, and change management support.
•Drive sustainability, energy management, and compliance programs, while building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting operational excellence across the network.
