•Monitors the status of shipments and providing timely updates to clients.
•Communicates with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
•Prepares and manages all necessary documentation for airfreight exports, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
•Manages costs associated with airfreight exports, including negotiating rates with carriers and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
•Addresses and resolves any issues that arise during the export process, such as delays or discrepancies.
•Ensures all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
