Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and co-lead the end-to-end QCP process, coordinating cross-functional inputs and creating clear, aligned outputs for the continent.
  • •Translate financial targets and budget frames into data-driven commercial plans, balancing global priorities with local commercial realities.
  • •Monitor in-season performance against QCP, manage variances, and support corrective actions to strengthen follow-through and delivery.
  • •Work closely with continent leadership, Sales Market leadership teams, and connected global stakeholders to challenge, validate and prioritize inputs for review and decision-making.
  • •Use forecasting, analytics, and hindsight learnings to improve planning accuracy, validate commercial assumptions, and continuously strengthen the quality of planning.
