Key Responsibilities
- Follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling, customer insights and surrounding analysis
- Ensure the right assortment impact across regions to maximise growth and profitability
- Analyse the selling data of our products and optimise the assortment planning and quantification on your category
- Drive the income and quantification strategy for your category through cross-functional collaboration
- Drive and ensure that our global assortment is locally relevant and optimised for each region
- Optimise the best regional customer offer by using quantification and sales analysis, leveraging customer and competitors’ insights
- Understand our customers and their demands for long- and short-term actions
- Identify risks and opportunities from a planning perspective based on the set assortment strategy per region
- Support the Business Controller in driving regional strategy through quantification, planning, and structured follow-up
- Conduct sales analysis of our products to identify patterns and translate them into actionable conclusions
- Manage and optimise stock flow between regions and channels, taking responsibility for effective moves, transitions and securing order placement
- Demonstrate salesmanship & urgency for outcome
- Bring a solution-oriented, positive, and agile mindset to change and complexity
- Create best collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders
