Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize advanced A3 level Lean manufacturing concepts to optimize flow and achieve process responsiveness.
  • •Champion a culture of continuous improvement for productivity gains and waste minimization.
  • •Conduct strategic assessments and employ rigorous evaluation methodologies for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Maintain meticulous records and documentation of deviations to prevent potential issues.
  • •Demonstrate mastery of Lean manufacturing concepts to achieve exceptional product quality.
  • •Provide expert guidance in resolving complex issues using best practices and innovative solutions.
  • •Play a key role in Greif's Global Lean Six Sigma Programs and drive A3 Project executions.
  • •Lead organization and execution of Kaizen events for substantial improvements.
  • •Champion safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous safety improvement (CBSQ).
  • •Establish communication channels and foster collaborative relationships with other departments.
  • •Accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
