Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced A3 level Lean manufacturing concepts to optimize flow and achieve process responsiveness.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement for productivity gains and waste minimization.
- Conduct strategic assessments and employ rigorous evaluation methodologies for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of deviations to prevent potential issues.
- Demonstrate mastery of Lean manufacturing concepts to achieve exceptional product quality.
- Provide expert guidance in resolving complex issues using best practices and innovative solutions.
- Play a key role in Greif's Global Lean Six Sigma Programs and drive A3 Project executions.
- Lead organization and execution of Kaizen events for substantial improvements.
- Champion safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous safety improvement (CBSQ).
- Establish communication channels and foster collaborative relationships with other departments.
- Accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
