Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a documentation framework and structure for all product-related content
- Establish style guides, templates, and documentation standards
- Design and maintain a centralized documentation hub / knowledge base
- Develop and maintain user guides, feature documentation, customer-facing manuals, onboarding materials, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and feature updates
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible content for non-technical users
- Write step-by-step workflows that help customers effectively use product features
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to gather accurate information
- Interview subject-matter experts and validate content for accuracy
- Align documentation with product releases and roadmap changes
- Audit existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information
- Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes and releases
- Ensure content is version-controlled and remains relevant over time
- Review and edit existing content for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
- Identify areas in the documentation lifecycle that can be automated or augmented using AI
- Actively leverage AI tools to generate first drafts, integrate automation, summarize technical inputs, and convert engineering language into user-facing content
