Key Responsibilities

•Owning and growing the Speaky creator community; supply, onboarding and retention at scale
•Building and running the affiliate program: commission structure, tooling, creator earning model
•Leading key creator outreach and onboarding, both automated batch and manual high-value relationships
•Driving TikTok Shop campaign activation: matching creators to campaigns, managing delivery, hits GMV targets
•Building Speaky Academy: developing and maintaining the creator education program
•Managing and mentoring Affiliate Campaign Manager(s)
•Collaborating with the Commerce team on monetisation flows, seller relationships and TAP campaign delivery
•Expanding Speaky community with UGC campaign and programs activations
