•Contribute production-quality code to GitLab’s product and adjacent systems.
•Develop bug fixes, features, integrations, tooling, and performance improvements.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to align customer-driven solutions with product direction.
•Turn blockers into durable product improvements, reference architectures, and documentation.
•Engage with strategic customers to resolve adoption, retention, and technical risks.
•Diagnose complex problems across GitLab product, customer architecture, and infrastructure.
•Coordinate across teams to drive resolution from discovery through handoff.
•Drive governed adoption of GitLab Duo Agent Platform with strategic customers.
•Identify and resolve AI adoption blockers involving governance, security, and compliance.
•Create technical narratives, whitepapers, webinars, and adoption frameworks.
