•Contribute production-quality code to GitLab’s product and adjacent systems.
•Develop bug fixes, features, integrations, tooling, and performance improvements.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to align customer-driven solutions with product direction.
•Turn blockers into durable product improvements, reference architectures, and documentation.
•Engage with strategic customers to resolve adoption, retention, and technical risks.
•Diagnose complex problems across GitLab, customer architecture, and cloud environments.
•Coordinate across teams to drive resolution from discovery through handoff.
•Drive governed, measurable adoption of GitLab Duo Agent Platform.
•Identify and resolve AI adoption blockers involving governance, security, and compliance.
•Develop customer-safe adoption patterns for agentic SDLC and AI-assisted development.
•Create technical narratives, whitepapers, webinars, and reference architectures.
•Guide ideas through discovery, formulation, validation, and adoption.
