Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Medical Affairs initiatives in the Netherlands and provide medical support to cross-functional teams in Oncology.
  • •Liaise with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals for scientific exchange and data generation.
  • •Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
  • •Develop medical product information and stay informed on scientific trends.
  • •Establish relationships with opinion leaders, payers, clinical investigators, and providers.
  • •Maintain a country opinion leader list and update it twice yearly.
  • •Drive discussions to integrate scientific data into clinical decision making.
  • •Collaborate with local experts on data generation activities.
  • •Assist with pipeline activities and liaise with Clinical Operations.
  • •Represent the company at scientific meetings and conferences.
  • •Own a medical engagement plan for scientific conferences.
  • •Respond to medical information inquiries.
  • •Generate and communicate insights from field interactions.
  • •Assist with compassionate use or early access requests.
  • •Develop the local medical plan of action.
  • •Organize and participate in medical advisory boards.
  • •Review and approve medical content of educational events and promotional activities.
  • •Collaborate with regional and global medical teams.
  • •Document field interactions and medical activities.
  • •Support development of local clinical data through trials and studies.
  • •Provide scientific input in HTA dossiers and payer negotiations.
  • •Design and implement medical education events.
  • •Analyze trial data and provide interpretation to marketing and sales.
