Key Responsibilities
- Lead Medical Affairs initiatives in the Netherlands and provide medical support to cross-functional teams in Oncology.
- Liaise with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals for scientific exchange and data generation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
- Develop medical product information and stay informed on scientific trends.
- Establish relationships with opinion leaders, payers, clinical investigators, and providers.
- Maintain a country opinion leader list and update it twice yearly.
- Drive discussions to integrate scientific data into clinical decision making.
- Collaborate with local experts on data generation activities.
- Assist with pipeline activities and liaise with Clinical Operations.
- Represent the company at scientific meetings and conferences.
- Own a medical engagement plan for scientific conferences.
- Respond to medical information inquiries.
- Generate and communicate insights from field interactions.
- Assist with compassionate use or early access requests.
- Develop the local medical plan of action.
- Organize and participate in medical advisory boards.
- Review and approve medical content of educational events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global medical teams.
- Document field interactions and medical activities.
- Support development of local clinical data through trials and studies.
- Provide scientific input in HTA dossiers and payer negotiations.
- Design and implement medical education events.
- Analyze trial data and provide interpretation to marketing and sales.
