Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, owning support model scope and internal alignment.
- Serve as primary customer contact across pre-sales, implementation, and post-launch.
- Track activation funnels, identify drop-off patterns, and run root cause analyses.
- Take field insights back to Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
- Build AI tools to automate tasks, accelerate analysis, and prototype lightweight tooling.
- Develop deep platform knowledge (provisioning, billing, support tooling, connectivity infrastructure).
- Write runbooks, design workflows, and document learnings for scalable deployments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, unblock issues, and reduce friction.
