Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer implementations, scoping and delivering perfect API integrations for each customer's use case.
- Serve as key technical contact for customer engineering and product teams during integration.
- Advise on UX/UI and specific endpoints for best-in-class user experience.
- Manage a portfolio of complex implementations using project management tools, defining milestones and tracking progress.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Identify new features to unlock use cases and collaborate with product and engineering.
- Understand commercial fundamentals of each implementation and ensure successful delivery.
