•Build operational infrastructure for market expansion, owning end-to-end process for launching in new markets.
•Turn regulatory requirements into clear, repeatable processes.
•Automate controls with Engineering and Product to reduce manual work.
•Manage ongoing regulatory obligations, filings, registrations, and reporting across jurisdictions.
•Develop and maintain audit frameworks for internal and customer-facing processes.
•Define metrics, build dashboards, flag problems early, and fix them fast.
•Keep policies, procedures, and process docs clear and up to date.
•Monitor regulatory changes and build implementation plans.
