•Lead the biometrics product area in close partnership with the Engineering Manager and ML engineers.
•Shape a clear product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and data science.
•Work hand-in-hand with ML engineers to define what 'production-ready' looks like for AI-powered verification checks.
•Drive measurable business outcomes together with the team: improving automation rates, increasing verification conversion, strengthening fraud prevention, and building the business case for new capabilities.
•Take a data-driven approach to prioritization, using metrics like automation rates, match accuracy, and false acceptance/rejection rates.
•Ensure biometric products meet the highest quality, security, and regulatory standards, including data protection requirements around biometric and sensitive personal data.
