Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, lead, maintain and expand Clinical FSP customer relationships.
  • •Oversee Clinical FSP delivery in alignment with agreements and customer strategy.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for assigned FSP customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage overall quality aspects of critical deliverables (KPIs, milestones, quality audits, rebates).
  • •Define strategy for high quality and timely delivery, growth, and effective risk management.
  • •Collaborate with Business Development on MSA negotiations.
  • •Oversee all clinical FSP service contract negotiations and change orders.
  • •Establish and define delivery model for new FSP services.
  • •Oversee financial health of assigned partnerships.
  • •Lead monthly forecasting for assigned customers.
  • •Guide FSP Delivery team in defining governance framework.
  • •Drive partnership expansion of FSP service lines.
  • •Lead RFIs, RFPs, and BDM opportunities from Clinical FSP Delivery perspective.
  • •Manage work and execution of FSP customer delivery team members.
  • •Support department level initiatives including strategy execution and process improvement.
