Key Responsibilities
- Coaching technicians, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support in daily operations.
- Supporting the development of team capabilities by promoting best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing Integrated Drive Generators (IDGs), including both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Testing repaired IDG components to ensure proper functionality and compliance with aviation standards.
- Performing rework activities on aircraft components.
- Working according to EASA aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Supporting the repair and overhaul of critical aircraft power generation components.
