Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Component Repair Shop in case of technical enquiries and providing assistance in case of any customer enquiries.
- The availability, maintenance and calibration of shop tooling, equipment/consumables and machinery.
- Liaising with Product leads and the technical buyer in order to achieve goals and objectives.
- New business or engineering assistance requests from the Product leads, Product Engineers or Product Owner in order to optimize or expand the scope of the shop.
