Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Cougar helicopters within the B1 domain
  • •Carry out inspections, removal and installation, repairs, modifications, testing and adjustment activities
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system defects and resolve reported aircraft issues
  • •Inspect aircraft structures, engines and associated mechanical and electrical systems
  • •Document defects and required maintenance activities and develop repair proposals using approved technical data
  • •Accurately record maintenance activities in the required documentation, forms and aircraft logbooks
  • •Perform quality inspections on your own work and work carried out by non-certifying technicians
  • •Release maintenance activities within the scope of your Certification Authorization
  • •Ensure the correct use of maintenance manuals, procedures, tools, equipment and approved data
  • •Provide technical guidance and instruction to non-certifying technicians and contracted personnel
  • •Work closely with the Team Leader and other specialists to organize maintenance activities efficiently
  • •Continuously contribute to improving safety, quality and operational performance
