Key Responsibilities
- Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and internal engineering disciplines to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and consider regional design, regulatory, and cost impacts.
- Lead internal and external design review meetings and ensure compliance with quality management processes and ISO 9001 standards.
- Drive value engineering initiatives and promote innovative approaches to improve system design and project outcomes.
- Support procurement activities by developing specifications and conducting technical evaluations of vendor proposals.
- Review internal and subcontractor designs to verify compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Take full technical responsibility for assigned EPC turnkey projects, including medium- and high-voltage systems.
- Manage technical escalations and provide effective resolution to engineering challenges.
- Execute projects in alignment with safety requirements and KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel throughout the EMEA region as required.
