Key Responsibilities
- Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and internal engineering disciplines.
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and are constructible.
- Lead internal and external design review meetings and ensure compliance with quality management processes.
- Drive value engineering initiatives and promote innovative approaches.
- Support procurement activities by developing specifications and conducting technical evaluations.
- Review internal and subcontractor designs for compliance.
- Take full technical responsibility for assigned EPC turnkey projects.
- Manage technical escalations and provide resolution to engineering challenges.
- Execute projects in alignment with safety requirements and KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Travel throughout the EMEA region as required.
