Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Establish Work Breakdown Structures, activity coding structures, calendars, and resource loading
- Standardize baseline schedule templates across the EMEA region in compliance with contract requirements
- Provide Sales and customers with a reliable view of the real contracting timeline
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and update schedules on a regular basis
- Provide Project Portfolio overviews for UK & Future Markets monthly
- Conduct variance analysis and produce recovery plans when required
- Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Ensure effective project resource planning for the markets
- Ensure schedule integrity through regular audits and quality checks
- Support claims analysis, extension of time evaluations, and forensic schedule reviews
- Lead and support the Scheduler team by providing guidance, coaching, and oversight of scheduling practices
- Interface with project controls, cost control, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Participate in risk workshops and planning meetings
