Key Responsibilities
- Deliver against quarterly and annual sales targets, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Own the full sales lifecycle for assigned accounts, from qualified lead through contract execution.
- Lead opportunity development, bid strategy, proposal preparation, and customer engagement.
- Drive deal strategy, value positioning, and negotiation support to secure utility-scale BESS projects.
- Ensure accurate, timely updates and documentation in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business models, decision-making processes, and strategic priorities.
- Proactively shape customer thinking by identifying upcoming project opportunities.
- Maintain close customer engagement through contracting, delivery, and operational phases.
- Develop and maintain structured account plans aligned with commercial goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance updates, and strategic alignment sessions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for repeat business, expansions, and additional offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and share market feedback.
