Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract to handover
•Manage P&L for projects up to $30M+
•Ensure projects delivered safely, to code, on time, on budget
•Review engineering designs, manage schedules, budgets, people allocation, safety/quality plans
•Manage relationships with EPC, equipment delivery partners, contractors, and subcontractors
•Proactively work with customers, suppliers, partners, sales, senior management
•Evaluate construction methods for cost-effectiveness and value engineering
•Participate in business improvement projects
•Support negotiations on project contracts
•Review project budgets, revenue, cash flow forecasts
•Represent Fluence with executives and key stakeholders
