Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design of Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs) with Sales leadership and HR.
  • •Define performance criteria and plan rules aligning incentives with strategic priorities.
  • •Conduct scenario modeling and back-testing for SIP options.
  • •Analyze territories, quotas, headcount, coverage, and attainment.
  • •Provide capacity and attainment insights for territory planning.
  • •Manage end-to-end incentive cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • •Develop calculation models, documentation, and audit trails.
  • •Prepare and facilitate cross-functional review and approval processes.
  • •Generate incentive statements and performance summaries.
  • •Prepare payroll files for timely and accurate payments.
  • •Serve as point of contact for incentive inquiries and escalations.
  • •Lead post-cycle reviews to assess plan effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, Legal, and Payroll.
