Key Responsibilities

•Support sales/growth and engineering teams during tender negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
•Implement changes and set standards for processes across Deal Teams and Services teams.
•Focus on commercial rigor, assessing risk to project and financial performance.
•Proactively shape risks and opportunities in contractual negotiations for acceptable deal outcomes.
•Analyze, screen, and comment on commercial tender documents; support completion of offer documents.
•Coordinate commercial and financial risks with legal and sales engineering interfaces.
•Evaluate projects in terms of commercial and administrative conditions during offer stage.
•Manage securities and guarantees from parent companies and external providers.
•Support financing solutions in cooperation with banks and financial institutions.
•Coordinate tax, customs, logistics, and insurance topics.
•Manage forex currency risks during tender and offer stage.
•Forecast and plan order entries, margin, project cash flow management, and revenue recognition.
•Facilitate lessons learnt from prior bids to drive improvement.
•Ensure accurate management approval process and support handover to project execution team.
