- Own HR services and operations globally, ensuring consistent quality and SLAs
- Lead, develop, and set priorities for a team of 2 HR Generalists
- Set and enforce SLAs and quality standards
- Own recurring HR processes end-to-end (engagement survey, onboarding/offboarding, contracts)
- Act as single point of accountability for HR operational delivery
- Handle data and reporting requests and ensure data integrity
- Drive process improvements and automation, leveraging AI
- Design and roll out globally consistent ways of working
