Key Responsibilities

•Lead the firm’s global operations strategy in line with trading and business objectives
•Advise the board and senior leadership on operational decisions and business growth
•Prepare operations for market expansion and increased business activity
•Manage multi-regional operations and middle-office teams
•Ensure consistent processes, systems, controls, and standards across locations
•Establish KPIs, quality controls, and accountability frameworks
•Develop and monitor operational risk management and regulatory control frameworks
•Oversee controls across the trade lifecycle, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
•Lead automation, digital transformation, data, and AI initiatives
•Partner with Technology and Product teams to improve post-trade infrastructure
•Reduce operational workload, improve efficiency, and strengthen service quality
•Act as the main operations contact for Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology
•Manage relationships with clearing banks, custodians, prime brokers, and other vendors
•Provide accurate management information and operational insights to the board
•Identify, anticipate, and mitigate operational risks across multiple jurisdictions
