Key Responsibilities

•Analyze existing and upcoming digital assets related regulations (EU and global), assess their impact on our business, and translate them into clear and pragmatic business requirements
•Act as the primary Compliance contact for our digital assets trading teams, advising on digital assets-specific compliance matters
•Support and contribute to new digital assets product launches, market expansions, and business development initiatives
•Engage with regulators, exchanges, trading venues, and other market infrastructure providers active in the digital asset ecosystem
•Respond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate internal and external audits related to digital assets activities
•Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for digital asset trading
•Deliver compliance training across the organization with a focus on digital asset markets and products
•Actively foster a strong compliance culture within a fast-growing and innovative digital assets environment
