You will work at the intersection of sensory science, food formulation, and data science, leading a project to predict sensory attributes from ingredient data and developing a practical dashboard for R&D teams. This hybrid internship requires a Master's student in Food Science, Sensory Science, Data Science, or related field, with strong interest in sensory science and data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Support data-driven product development for Spreads portfolio
- Develop approaches linking ingredient composition to sensory performance
- Lead project predicting sensory attributes (sweetness, firmness, flavour intensity) from ingredient data
- Analyze internal datasets linking formulation and sensory information
- Identify key drivers of sensory performance in spreads
- Develop a predictive model translating ingredient composition into sensory profiles
- Translate model into a practical dashboard for clear visualization
- Collaborate with Consumer Experience, product development, and data science teams
- Participate in the intern challenge
