Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a cross-regional team of packaging developers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the execution of global and regional packaging strategies across Europe and AMEA markets.
- Manage and oversee strategic packaging innovation and development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Sustainability, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Identify and implement new materials, technologies, and packaging formats that support sustainability and business performance.
- Build strong relationships with external partners such as design agencies, toolmakers, and material suppliers to bring innovation to life.
- Monitor packaging trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability opportunities to inform strategic planning.
- Balance brand, consumer, technical, and commercial requirements in packaging design and execution.
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members to support both individual growth and business success.
