Key Responsibilities

•Lead and inspire a cross-regional team of packaging developers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Drive the execution of global and regional packaging strategies across Europe and AMEA markets.
•Manage and oversee strategic packaging innovation and development projects from concept to commercialization.
•Partner with internal stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Sustainability, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver high-impact solutions.
•Identify and implement new materials, technologies, and packaging formats that support sustainability and business performance.
•Build strong relationships with external partners such as design agencies, toolmakers, and material suppliers to bring innovation to life.
•Monitor packaging trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability opportunities to inform strategic planning.
•Balance brand, consumer, technical, and commercial requirements in packaging design and execution.
•Coach, develop, and mentor team members to support both individual growth and business success.
