Key Responsibilities

•Build and deliver features across the stack: working on both partner and customer journeys, backend services, and insurance/payment integrations.
•Act as the first technical contact during application incidents—whether caused by our services or partner systems—and maintain the dashboards, runbooks, and tools to resolve issues quickly.
•Ensure transactional accuracy for crucial flows (pricing, payment, policy issuance) with robust end-to-end testing.
•Support commercial deals: respond to technical questions from prospects, set up sandboxes, and assist with integrations.
•Own deliverables end-to-end: from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing iteration.
•Leverage AI-driven development tools (including coding agents), write clear specifications and tests, and review outputs with rigor.
•Shape the technical roadmap, making pragmatic trade-offs and driving up engineering standards through code reviews.
