Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the People Vision and roadmap, owning execution end to end.
- Be the voice of people in the leadership team, challenging when needed.
- Lead near-term stabilisation priorities: performance, expectations, strategic clarity, learning and development.
- Own the full employee lifecycle: from joining to growth, reward, and exit.
- Build clear performance expectations, career levelling, and transparent pay philosophy.
- Develop managers and leaders through coaching and a capability framework.
- Tackle retention and engagement at the root.
- Lead and grow a small People team (People Ops, Talent, BP, Office Management).
- Own people data and reporting for leadership and quarterly business reviews.
- Roll up sleeves: design strategy and execute when needed.
