Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Executive Board to set long-term financial goals and evaluate investment opportunities.
•Manage the company's capital, debt, and equity structure to maximise shareholder value.
•Lead and inspire a Finance team of 43 professionals across Accounting, Reporting, Funding, Investor Relations, Business Control, Risk & Audit, Tax, and Sustainability.
•Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
•Develop a compelling equity story and lead earnings calls and investor relations.
•Oversee the evaluation of business cases for new markets, charging stations, and joint ventures.
•Build structures to protect against financial fraud and operational risk and represent Management Board in Audit Committee.
•Meet tax compliance and maintain tax control framework across all countries.
•Serve as executive owner of sustainability strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and B Corp obligations.
•Serve as full Management Board member with statutory responsibility for financial governance, risk management, and sustainability reporting.
