•Partner with the Executive Board to set long-term financial goals, evaluate investment opportunities, oversee mergers and acquisitions.
•Manage capital structure to maximise shareholder value.
•Lead and inspire a Finance team of 43 professionals.
•Oversee Accounting & Reporting: accurate financial statements, compliance with regulatory standards.
•Oversee Funding & Investor Relations: develop equity story, lead earnings calls, maintain relationships with analysts and investors.
•Oversee Business & Financial Control: evaluate business cases for new markets, stations, joint ventures.
•Oversee Risk & Audit: build structures against financial fraud and operational risk, represent Management Board in Audit Committee.
•Oversee Tax: ensure tax compliance and control framework across countries.
•Serve as executive owner of sustainability strategy, ensuring credibility and alignment with B Corp obligations.
•Serve as full Management Board member with statutory responsibility for financial governance, risk management, and sustainability reporting.
