Key Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end as Feature Lead: scope the problem, coordinate work within your team, make day-to-day technical decisions, and ship it to production.
- Lead the design and delivery of LLM agents that plug into our SOC workflows, including tool design, prompt and context engineering, evals, and guardrails.
- Drive technical design discussions in your stream and influence architecture and standards beyond it.
- Ground engineering decisions in outcomes and push back when the 'why' is unclear.
- Mentor engineers on your team and across the stream through pairing, code review, and design feedback.
- Participate in hiring: interview candidates, help shape the bar, and support onboarding.
- Contribute to a psychologically safe and outcome-oriented team culture.
