Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the full recruitment process, from vacancy publication to contract preparation
•Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
•Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
•Maintain accurate personnel records in AFAS
•Prepare employment contracts and process personnel changes
•Manage employee documentation and improve the employee handbook
•Act as the primary contact for HR-related administrative matters
•Coordinate absenteeism case management in line with Dutch legislation
•Monitor leave administration and support managers on HR matters
•Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and CAO
•Maintain and improve job descriptions and organizational structure
•Support performance and development conversations
•Advise management on workforce planning and employee development
•Identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes
