Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth running of maintenance contracts including contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, compliance, updates, and quotations
  • •Manage contract lifecycle activities with accuracy and rigor
  • •Act as main point of contact for customers on contract-related matters (KPIs, performance, invoicing, service quality)
  • •Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
  • •Coordinate and oversee transition of customer sites from deployment to maintenance teams
  • •Plan, track, and manage maintenance activities to ensure timely delivery
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and contracts
  • •Oversee supplier maintenance contracts (setup, follow-up, compliance)
  • •Monitor supplier performance on customer sites (contracts, guarantees, spare parts availability, SLAs)
  • •Analyze technical maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • •Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing contracts
  • •Support development of additional service offerings to contribute to revenue growth
