Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain a solid customer relationship
•Manage maintenance teams across assigned area, including coordinators and direct supervision of technicians when required
•Execute Coordinator responsibilities when applicable
•Oversee overall workload within the area and optimize sharing of human and material resources incl. the implementation and monitoring of KPIs
•Challenge and optimize budgets related to material purchasing within site scope
•Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
•Identify and escalate training gaps; coordinate deployment of specifically trained technicians across sites
•Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery
•Liaise with HR BPs on individual cases and main corporate processes to ensure smooth cascading of information
•Coordinate with Deployment teams to align maintenance team arrival on new sites
•Define and set up the organization of on-site teams for new site launches
•Support HR and Safety teams on compliance with local regulations
•Ensure application and compliance with EHS procedures for internal teams and external partners
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of responsibility
